Is Arenas Camping Village” accept only dogs of small ransom, provided of sanitary book that have to be exhibited at the moment of the check-in and have to be accepted from the Direction, however. Dogs always have to be kept on the leash, must be provided of muzzle and accompanied out of the Camping for their needs or proper tools must be used (broom, shovel and pouch).
It is absolutely forbidden to bring dogs on the beach, because of prohibition imposed by the regional laws in force. Besides, they are not admitted in the bungalows, in the restaurant, in the market and at the café. Any damage to a third party caused by animals is of complete responsibility of the owner.

| The prices of the bungalows are aimed at the daily rate and the number of persons in the list, including hot water, electricity, gas and a car / motorcycle parking in the Camp. Please note that In August bookings Bungalow, accepted only from Saturday to Saturday. In the Bungalow the animals the dog are not admitted. |

Terms of sale
The rates are inclusive of VAT and are per day cost.
Staying at the campsite is calculated by 3 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure. Any continuation of the stay beyond this hour (10 am) will be charged an additional day of stay.
Bungalow and pitch bookings will be valid after the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of total due amount. Final payment is due on the day of arrival.
Bungalows must be left clean and tidy as delivered on the day of arrival.
The bungalow key delivery requires a deposit of € 100.00, which will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, if the bungalow will be left clean and tidy. A part of it or the whole amount will be kept, if damages to the bungalow or to the objects in it will be found.
The price of the bungalow does not change if the number of present people is less than the expected number of guests.
The pitch reservation is made available to the customer not later than three days from the date of arrival. If the guest must cancel a reservation that already began, he is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the entire period.
CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation the customer will be refunded the deposit or part of it, according to the following terms:
- Within 90 days of stay the full amount less the booking fee will be refunded.
- Within 45 days of stay 50% of deposit less the booking fee will be refunded. Over that period there will be no refunds.

Any person who signs or accepts the provision in the contract of booking is also committed to the scrupulous respect of the existing regulation on the campsite.
